Scentsational Hot Chocolate Pouch

Here's another great treat pouch, also seen on Dawn Olchefske's blog...
Her card has what looks like a chocolate covered peppermint stick but I couldn't
find any of those so I settled for a candy cane. A very cute idea!

Watercolor Wonder Gift Bag

Here's a quick and easy gift bag made with Watercolor Wonder which is a two step stamp set.  I just randomly stamped the poinsetta with both the bold and the outline stamps.  The cover is stamped with Heart of Christmas from the Holiday Catalog.  The bag topper is an 8 1/2 x11 carstock sheet with a hole
cut for the handles.  It's done in Cherry Cobbler and tied with tulle ribbon.

Apple Cider Pouches

I got the original idea for this from Dawn Olchefske, but not having all the products, improvised a little to be able to make this.  I used the Autumn Accents die cut for the leave and embossed them with various embossing folders.  The DSP is from the Orchard Harvest collection.  I just added the cinnamon stick by placing it in one of our 1x8 cellophane bags.

New Paper Trimmer Available!

  • An extra-wide 6-1/4" cutting base and an extended 14-1/2" ruler
    • The extra-wide cutting base provides a large work area and is marked in 1/4" (4 mm) increments, allowing for small measurements.
    • The right-side grid helps you measure and cut very thin strips.
    • The extended cutting arm has a stabilizing leg to provide a sturdy and steady cutting surface for longer cuts.
    • When fully extended, the extended cutting arm sits flush with the trimmer base, providing more accurate and consistent measurements across the entire surface.
    • The cutting base and track include a full ruler, incorporating measurements down to 1/16" and grid lines that mark each quarter inch.
    • All rulers and measurements on the base are printed under a plastic cover so your measurements won't wear off.
    • The base has nonskid feet, which keeps the Stampin' Trimmer securely in place on your work area.
  • A full 12" cutting and scoring track
    • The extra-long cutting track has space at the top and bottom so you don't have to take the cutting and scoring blades out when you're not using them.
    • The track gives you enough space to cut or score a full 12" (30.5 cm) without having to remove or switch out handles.
    • The cutting track locks in place for secure storage or transport.
    • The track includes an insertion point for cutting and scoring blade handles so you can easily insert handles into the cutting track.
  • Specially designed handles and cutting track to ensure straight cuts
    • The hook on the scoring and cutting blade handles keeps the handles stable so the cuts are as straight as possible.
    • Handles come in two colors: dark for cutting, light for scoring.
    • The precision tip on the cutting blade allows you to pinpoint precisely where you're cutting.
    • The point on the side of each handle shows you where the blade will cut, making it easy to see exactly where your cuts and scores will begin.
  • Storage compartment under base
    • The storage compartment holds scoring and cutting tools such as a Bone Folder, Simply Scored Stylus, extra scoring and cutting blades.
    • Separate compartments within the storage compartment keep your tools organized, and the clear cover makes it easy to see what you've stored.
    • YOU ARE GOING TO WANT THIS!!!

    Diaper Cake and Baby Favors

This is a diaper cake I made recently for a co-worker.  We had a small shower
and I decided to make this as a centerpiece.  We don't have a whole lot of ladies
who work in my department so I thought it would be nice to make it a little
more special since there weren't too many of us.  It's my first attempt at making
a diaper cake!  Not bad huh?  And I made the party favors as well!  We had a great time
and the cake was a hit!

    P.S. I Love You

I made this as a gift last night...the frame is from the dollar store and I covered it with DSP from the DSP paper stacks. I sanded the edges with a sanding block and then sponged with Real Red Ink. The main flower is made from the new Blossom punch, punched, scrunched and held together with a brad and a pearl in the center. The smaller flowers are punched from the Boho Blossom Punch. I used the pleated satin ribbon as the trim and added hearts punched from heart to heart punch. The leaves are punched from Blossom Petal Builder punch. Lastly...I stamped the PS I Love you greeting from the stamp set also titled PS I love you from the Occasions Mini catalog.

    Another Great Project At Linda's

This is a card case, great for gifts! Made from our SU! clear cases..another great use for the cases! The cover is made with Everday Enchantment and the stamp set used is Apothecary Art. The roses are colored with markers and blender pen. We used the monogram alphabet for the front, which of course was supposed to go in the middle but I goofed and got black ink on the left side...great fix...just moved over the monogram and added ribbon! On the inside, are the clear pouches with our 5x3 1/2 note cards, stamped with SAB Fresh Vintage stamp set and Petite Pairs for the greeting . The flap is made with the top note die cut and topped with the flower, also Fresh Vintage and punched with Circle punches.
