Luminary Cards

This is a great card!  Very simple and easy to make and what a great effect to add a LCD tea light candle.
You can see some great samples by googling Luminary Cards.  I used retired set Peaceful Wishes as it's still one of my favorites and for the other I used Serene Silhouettes.

Daydream Medallions

Here's another great ornament !  This is made with Daydream Mediallions stamp set
using beautiful Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink (poor neglected Real Red)  I just love this
color!  It's made into a shaker ornament by using the Circle Treat Cups and Glass Stampin Glitter along with one of the In Color Dahlias in the center.  All were cut with the Floral Frames Framelits.
This is a great project...perfect for an ornament or for gift packaging.

Ornament Keepsakes

Isn't this beautiful??  We made this at a class I attended at my upline's home.
We made several projects which I will be posting this week!  This is made
with the Ornament Keepsakes Bundle from the Holiday Catalog.
Actually it looks complicated but very easy to make!  Our new glimmer paper
just makes those snowflakes pop doesn't it?? And Cherry Cobbler is such a beautiful color!  I'm scheduling a class in November for gifts and packaging where we will be making this among several other items.  You won't want to miss this!

Frightening Feline

Serene Silhouettes

Today's card is one I made for a swap this week.  The theme for the swap was anything heat embossed.  Before embossing, I spritzed the black cardstock with shimmer paint mixed with alcohol to giver a shimmery look then I used the vintage wallpaper embossing folder, then took a brayer inked with Versamark and rolled it over the embossed image and applied clear embossing powder and heat set.  The circle is punched with the 2 3/8 circle punch and the greeting is from "Just Believe" stamp se and punched with Word Window Punch.

Watercolor Winter

This card was made by a dear friend, Sharlie Gros, who belongs to Ruthless Stampers, under
Ruth Bingle! Woo Hoo!  They are such an awesome group of ladies!  They have welcomed me into their group and I love spending time with all of them!  Card is made with In Color DSP and Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  She's used the 2 3/8 Scallop Punch on the Cherry Cobbler cs and stamped the image on Whisper White and layered it.  The Scallop Trim Border was used on the side and finally the greeting is from Many Merry Messages.

Watercolor Winter

This is one of the cards made at a demo meeting I went to recently,
I just love the idea (not sure who to give the credit for the concept but whoever you are...you are awesome!) If you see this, post a message so we can give you proper credit!
The stamp set is Watercolor Winter and its stamped with Gumball Green ink
and covered in Stampin Glitter!  The Ornament Framelits set is used to cut out this ornament using The Festival of Prints Designer Series Paper Stack!  We also used the Festive Paper Piecing pack around the ornament and the greeting is from Many Merry Messages.  Isn't it beautiful?

Another Great Gift Card!

Here is another great gift card made with none other than GUMBALL GREEN cardstock!
Don't you just love this color??  It's made with The Top Note Die Cut and Word Window
Punch...now I just realized that this greeting is made with a retired stamp but you could
easily replace it with something else.  You can't have enough gift cards during the holiday season!

Joyous Celebrations

Here's a great gift card holder!  The original idea was from Dawn Griffith who always has such creative ideas!  This is made with Joyous Celebrations from the Holiday Catalog.  I must admit this was not one of my favorite sets...I made this card for a swap and this was the selected set.
Once we actually swapped and I saw other ideas, I was pleased that I bought the set!
Cardstock is Gumball Green with the 3/8 Stitched Satin Ribbon also in Gumball Green.
I used the Scallop Border, 2 3/8 Scallop circle, 1 3/4 and 1 3/8 Circle Punches.
Check back as I will be posting some of the swaps I received made with this set!

Scentsational Season

There are lots of great products used in today's card...
The Gingerbread Man is from Scentsational Season and is stamped in Soft Suede and layered onto Snow Festival Designer Series Paper cut with Window Frames Framelits and then backed with Cherry Cobbler cardstock, also cut with framelits.  The greeting is from Border Banter stamped above Snow Festival DSP Strip, layered on Cherry Cobbler CS.  The bow is made from new Cherry Cobbler Sweater Trim.  All products for this card are from the Holiday Catalog!  There is still time to order your favorites!
