Happy Birthday To Me!

These are some great cards made especially for me for my "29th" Birthday by my Wednesday night Stamping group. What a wonderful group of ladies! They brought food and snacks and
a yummy cake from Amy's, my favorite bakery ! Thanks Julie Julie! Thanks to all of you for taking the time to do that! It made my birthday even more special! My birthday was actually yesterday but because of the Veterans Day holiday, our class did not meet on Wednesday so they did it early. I did get to use my "Get into Disneyland FREE on your birthday" pass. I upgraded and bought my year pass which is something I have always wanted to do! We are going on Sunday!

Geoffrey Giraffe

This is another punch card found on splitcoast...I altered it a little...the mane is punched with the spiral punch and the extra little pieces were used for his hair up on top. I used the small circle punch for the spots and eyes. The greeting was done on the computer and punched with a circle punch and layered onto the scallop circle punch.

Punched Cupcake

I originally saw this card on Splitcoast Stampers but when I tried to get back to that area to give the right person credit, i couln't get back to it. Anyway...it's a Splitcoast Stamper Gal that came up with this idea. The ladies in my Wednesday night class had asked for birthday themed cards and I thought this was perfect! I punched 6 scallop circles and sponged them with Regal Rose.
The cupcake paper is Soft Suede cut approx. 4x4 then crimped.

More Delightful Decorations

This is another great version of Delightful Decorations made using Encore Silver pad, The ornaments are stamped in silver and punched with the ornament punch and adhered using dimensionals. The border was made using eyelet border punch. This is actually a card we
made at our downline meeting...there were so many ladies and so many cards to make (it was a shoebox swap) I don't know who made this but she's part of the Stamp In Fellowship group!
Sorry i can't give credit where credit is due but it's still a beautiful card!!

Deer Treats

This treat holder was made using Forest Friends stamp set. Cut 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock in half, score at 5 1/2 and score again on each side of center score 1/2 inch. Fold up for pouch. The top is made with the Big Scallop Circle die cut and Christmas Cocoa specialty paper.

Petals a Plenty Ebossing Folder

I made this card using the Petals a Plenty embossing folder. I cut a tree shape out of chipboard. I followed the tutorial on Patty Bennett's blog. Once I ran the folder through the sizzix, I used the Real Red stamp pad with the Merry Christmas from the Four The Holidays stamp set in the Holiday Mini Catalog. I used the marker to dot the centers of the flowers.

Simple Friendship

Both of these cards were made using Simple Friendship yesterday at our monthly downline meeting. We did a shoebox swap where everyone who attends makes a card and then cuts all the supplies needed to make the card. Everyone then goes from table to table making all the cards. It's really pretty fun, but toward the end when we run out of time it becomes a power stamping session just to at least stamp all the projects and just finish them at home! I don't have this set yet, but it's definately next on my list. I totally loved what the ladies did with these cards!
