Boho Backgrounds

I've had this set since forever and I never put it together! I know you all have sets like that! The border is made with the scallop punch...punched on both sides of the strip of paper. I layered the stamped flower image onto circles, then onto scallop circle. The large brown circle behind that is made of two Round Tab punches.
