This treat holder is the 2nd in our series of "Big Sister gifts" and is taken from Andrea Walford's Valentine Treat Holder tutorial. Her treat holder actually held little bottles but I'm using this as a cookie holder. We added a cellophane baggie with cookies on the inside and the little envelope in the front made with the scallop envelope die cut, holds a little blank card for a message. Two down...two to go!
