This fold out card was made with one sheet of 12x12 paper. Paper was scored at 4" and 8"in both directions so that you end up with 9- 4x4 squares. Cut out the corners and you're left with 3 squares in each direction. I rounded off the top square to make the flap. The bottom square has a little pocket to place a gift card. I added printed paper and stamped the greeting on the sides. You can add punches like i did or use the empty space for pictures.
