Cut acetate to 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, fold in half so you have a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 card. Use a scoring blade or a bone folder for a nice edge.
Adhere Strip of cardstock as shown around the outside of the card. Attach scalloped border if desired.
Attach a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 white cardstock on the back side of the acetate. Stamp design.
