131718 Wood mount / 131721 Clear mount
and Witches Brew DSP, #132185, Black 1/8 Taffeta Ribbon
and Gorgeous Grunge stamp set, 130514 Wood or 130517 clear
Very easy to use die cut and it sure beats having to manually cut and score!
