I made this as a gift last night...the frame is from the dollar store and I covered it with DSP from the DSP paper stacks. I sanded the edges with a sanding block and then sponged with Real Red Ink. The main flower is made from the new Blossom punch, punched, scrunched and held together with a brad and a pearl in the center. The smaller flowers are punched from the Boho Blossom Punch. I used the pleated satin ribbon as the trim and added hearts punched from heart to heart punch. The leaves are punched from Blossom Petal Builder punch. Lastly...I stamped the PS I Love you greeting from the stamp set also titled PS I love you from the Occasions Mini catalog.

Never Tire of Tea Shoppe!

This card make great use of Tea Shoppe and the new Framelits Label Collection. The DSP is retired now, but I just lov3 the flowers and the print...pulled it from my hoarders collection! lol The CS is Cherry Cobbler and Very Vanilla. Scallop punches back the tea cup and basic pearls accent the cup and punched flowers (Boho Blossom Punch).

Another Great Project At Linda's

This is a card case, great for gifts! Made from our SU! clear cases..another great use for the cases! The cover is made with Everday Enchantment and the stamp set used is Apothecary Art. The roses are colored with markers and blender pen. We used the monogram alphabet for the front, which of course was supposed to go in the middle but I goofed and got black ink on the left side...great fix...just moved over the monogram and added ribbon! On the inside, are the clear pouches with our 5x3 1/2 note cards, stamped with SAB Fresh Vintage stamp set and Petite Pairs for the greeting . The flap is made with the top note die cut and topped with the flower, also Fresh Vintage and punched with Circle punches.

Everyday Enchantment

These are projects we made yesterday at my upline, Linda Gutierrez' home. She always has such great stuff! On the left is a coaster made with tile, DSP and Modge Podge...on the right is a necklace with a gift box made with the Bitty Box & envelope die cut. The necklace is made out of a washer from the home improvement store and DSP. After the paper is glued to the washer it's sanded down with one our sanding blocks and sealed with Crystal Effects.

I have always loved any stamps with Tea cups! This new set is one of my favorites! Tea Shoppe is another great new set from the Occasions Mini caatty. This card is made with Concordia Crush as the base and Wisteria Wonder as the next layer embossed with Elegant Bouquet Embossing Folder.
The next layer is cut with Framelits Label Collection and embossed with Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder. The Tea Cup is stamped in Wisteria Wonder ink and the tag is punch with Extra Large Tag Punch. I used the
basic pearls to accent the tea cup and the flower (punched with Boho Blossoms punch).

Today's card is from the Occasions Mini set, Mixed Bunches.
CS stock and Ink is Island Indigo and Pool Party. Pool Party CS is embossed with Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder. I just love the sets that coordinatre with our stamp sets! The flower is punched with
the New Blossom Punch and the leaves are punched from the Blossom Petal Builder Punch. The Ribbon is Blushing Bride Satin Pleated Ribbon.

Happy Monday! The card share for today is made with Packed For Baby out of the Occasions Mini Catty...I used Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride and Pretty in Pink CS and markers. The little button on the ribbon is from the new Designer Twitterpated Buttons. The onesie and the carriage are popped up with dimensionals. The white background is embossed with Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.

I saw this tutorial on Paperwishes website...they called it Interactive
Gate Fold, but they made their card with squares. I figured I could do the same thing with our new Framelits dies! These are the cards I prepared for class this week...

Okay...so I cheated a little...shhhh...dont tell the background paper is not SU! I didnt receive my delivery on time. LOL
I used the new Framelits Heart Collection on this card along with Beatuful Wings Embosslits Die.

This next card is done with a Spellbinders die (OMG...shhhh) everything else is SU! LOL

This last card is using SU! Framelits Label Collection with Tempting Turquoise and Certainly Celery CS. The stamp is Bordering on Romance and greeting in the center is from Apothecary Art, both out of the new Occasions Mini Catalog.

I'm totally loving these new dies!! You will too!

Sale-a-bration!

All my cards today are stamped with Sale-a-bration Catalog-Sprinkled Expressions.
The first card is with Pacific Point Cardstock The Whisper White CS is embossed with Framed Tulips Embossing Folder. The star image is stamped in Marina Mist ink and cut out and raised with dimensionals on punched CS using Full Heart Punch. I added Basic Rhinestone to the center of the star and used the glitter accents to highlight. I used the color spritzer tool to add color to the background.

The next card using the flower image from the same set is stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink and on Pumpkin Pie CS. The flower is stamped and cut out and raised with dimensionals and backed with a Pumpkin Pie cs punched with Fancy Flower Punch. Basic Rhinestones added to flowers.

The last card is using the heart stamp from the same set, using Real Red CS and ink, and the Full Heart Punch. The layout and the products are the same.

Mixed Bunch

This card is loaded with Occasions Mini products! First, the cardstock is In Color - Wisteria Wonder embossed with Adorning Accents Embossing Folders. The Whisper White Card stock is cut with Edgelits Adorning Accents and embossed with Finial Press Embossing Folder.

The heart is cut from the Framelits Die Cuts - Hearts Collection and also embossed with Finial Press. Also used were Basic Pearls and Glitter Accents.

The flower is stamped with new set, Mixed Bunch and punched with new Blossom Punch. Other punches used are Heart to Heart and Owl Builder. The greeting is from Tiny Tags.
So many great new products...You are going to want them all!!!

Framelits Dies

Here is a card using a new set from the Occasions Mini Catalog which begins on January 4th! It's Apothecary Art and it's stamped in Staz-on black ink and colored with watercolor pencils and blender pen. The background is the new Designer Series Paper called Twitterpated. And best of all I used the new Framelits - Label Collection to cut the Cherry Cobbler background behind the stamped image and with the smaller die I cut the image...yes! there is a stamp set that fit the dies! The original concept for this card comes from Ann Clemmer...I saw her card on her website...she had used the little butterfly "All A Flutter" on her card and she used what looked like kraft cardstock. I used Very Vanilla CS and the new Square Lattice Embossing Folder. I also used the Lattice Die Cut layered on top. There is a strip of Red Rose CS layered under the embossed portion. The butterfly is from BIGZ butterflys and I stamped it with Elements of Style and colored with watercolor pencils. I used little pearls for the butterfly body...

Tropical Party

I know it's been a while since I posted anything...haven't really been in a stamping mood...A day I have dreaded for weeks has finally arrived...my two sons are finally gone...Both boys are firefighters and have gone back to Oregon for the fire season. Freddie, the older one, has been gone for a month now, he's in Frazier, Oregon. This year he's on a rappelling team...the thought of anyone, much less MY son, being lowered into a fire area from a rope from a helicopter is just plain crazy!! Michael, is on a crew in Ukiah, Oregon. He just left this morning...so we said our goodbyes last night with a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes, I gave him a big hug and kiss and say prayers that they will be safe. They will be gone til probably October or November. So.... I decided to stamp to take my mind elsewhere...If you have kids, you know where I am at... :) This card was stamped with Summer Mini Catalog - Tropical Party. I used Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo and Garden Green. I stamped the palms onto patterned DSP paper from leftover Sale-a-bration. The background is embossed with Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder and edges punched with scallop border punch.

Acrylic Distress

This is one of the cards from our Wednesday night class. I used the Acrylic Distress technique on the background for this one... The background is embossed with Cuttlebug embossing folder...then the white acrylic paint is applied over entire cardstock and allowed to dry. Once it's dry, you sand off the white paint leaving a distress look.

Bermuda Bay is the color throughout on this card...I just love this color! So glad it's a keeper for the Color Renovation! I used the BB Designer Series Paper for the layers and also for the flower, made from 5 scallop circles. The center of the flower is a Rhinestone brad and it's just crinkled around the brad. The greeting is another from Celebrando Creatividad!

I used the lattice die cut and placed a scallop circle in the center with Pocket Sillhouettes in the center stamped in Old Olive Ink. The greeting is from our Celebrando Creatividad catalog!

This treat holder is made using the stamp set from the latest promotion, Two-Step into Spring. This stamp set, Fifth Avenue Floral, is one of my personal favorites! I used the Sizzix, Bag with Scallops, leaving out the side panels, that way you would see the bag of almonds inside. I embossed the front cover with Manhattan Flower, the coordinating Embossing Folder and sponged it with Bermuda Bay ink. Take advantage of this great promotion! It's only good until April 30th!

Happy Monday! It is a very happy Monday for me...I got a new recruit this week! Welcome to Blanca Lopez, our newest Stampin Up Demo!! This card was one of three we did this past week in my Wednesday night class at the community center...I'm not sure what you call this technique...I saw it in a magazine but it didn't say what it was called. Anyway, it's a very simple technique. The top layer of the card is a sheet of acetate. I stamped with black Staz-on and then used Adironack Acrylic Paint Dabbers on the back side of the sheet. It drys quickly and not a whole lot of mess. I first used purple, then blue...before it was completely dry, i adhered it to the lavender cardstock layer. The semi-wet acrylic paint acts as the adhesive. I added the butterflys from the Embosslits Die-Beautiful Wings.

Here's another card using our newest motorcycle from the upcoming mini catalog. The background for this card was done using the Cuttlebug resist technique where you insert wax paper into the embossing folder to get the imprint, then iron onto glossy paper. I used Not Quite Navy ink to sponge in the color and then wipe it to remove all the remaining wax. It's backed by Close to Cocoa cardstock and used a strip of DS paper from the Good Neighbors paper from Sale-a-bration. There is one of the star brads on the side. The motorcycle is colored with a blender pen and the Not Quite Navy ink.

I know I don't make a lot of masculine cards, but I am starting to choose more sets that I can use that are "manly" sets. Not that you can't give a man flowers, but given the choice, I'm sure they'd pick the motorcycle..LOL This one is made with Chocolate Chip and embossed with Stampin Up Textured Plates. The motorcycle is colored with Soft Suede. Happy Birthday Greeting is stamped with Happy Moments and punched with Word Window punch. The image is punched with the ticket punch corner. The patterned paper is from the DS paper from Good Neighbor packet from Sale-a-bration...

Here is a Birthday card I made using something new...can't wait to show you this fantastic product! I just love when the new catalogs come out...we, as demonstrators are allowed to pre-order products to begin making cards to showcase... Pop-Up Cards

This is one of the cards that we made in class this past week. It's a standard pop up card but, I used a technique I had seen on Patty Bennett's blog a while back where she made a pop up card and in the center, used acetate sheets to adhere balloons so when you opened the card the balloons wiggled in the middle due to the acetate. On my card, the stars are adhered in the same way so when the card is opened, the stars wiggle and shake...very cute when you see it in action! The main stamps in this set are from "Starring You".

And yet another card with Awash with Flowers!! This one is made with Melon Mambo, one of my most favorite colors! I used the scallop border punch and Whimsical Words for the greeting and used a rhinestone brad for the center of the flower. It's raised just a little with stampin' dimensionals.

Happy Monday! I sadly dragged myself back to work today after being off all last week for Spring break. I'm so glad to be back to blogging! I've been gone for awhile...haven't had a whole lot of time to stamp to keep my blog updated but hopefully I can start up again this weekend. I have been leaving work early this past week to be able to participate in the Webinars by Stampin'Up! for My Digital Studio...I have to say, I'm really a visual person...I had tried to do some projects and just didn't have a whole lot of time to "play with it". Today's share is made with Vintage Vogue set...I have to say...I am totally loving the new clear mount stamps! This is a really simple card, just layered really, with Sahara Sand, So Saffron, Certainly Celery CS and stamped with So Saffron Ink. The punch is the Scalloped Trim border punch from Sale-a-bration catalog. The certainly Celery border is the Scalloped Edge border punch. The greeting is from Well Scripted stamp set.

This card is the card I made for my swaps for two different swaps. I just love this new Embosslits Die cut! The card is first stamped with the flower from "With All My Heart", then I placed it in the Textured Impressions Perfect Polka Dots Folder. The color is So Saffron all the way around with shading of More Mustard on the Butterfly. The greeting is fromVintage Labels and the border is the Scallop Trim border from the Sale-a-bration catalog.

I told you there would be flower overload! I worked on a project this weekend that required making more flowers...can't post the pictures til later in the week but my fingers are truly sore from punching, bending and crinkling all the papers to make the flowers...still after the project was done, I had this idea....

I think they kinda look like Julie Julie's Sunflowers in her garden! I used the five petal punch and punched about 5 or 6 flowers, layered them and folded them upward. There is a little shading with more mustard ink and the centers are really rust buttons from an older catalog. The stems are from "Something Sweet" and the background paper is from Good Neighbors DS from the Sale-abration catalog...so is the boder punch!

The greeting is from "Garden from the Heart" from the Occasions Mini Catalog.

Criss Cross Box

I told you these flowers are my new favorite thing to make! I followed the tutorial on Splitcoaststampers for this Criss Cross Box and then added the flowers made from the scallop circle punch. The leaves were cut free hand and then folded and run through the crimper. I can already tell...I'm going to go on flower overload with this technique! LOL

I am totally a flower girl and I do believe I have found my most favorite way to enjoy incorporating flowers into my cards. I have seen this on many blogs before but it always seemed like too much trouble....today, having the day off and having time to stamp with Monique, I made a few of these flowers from the Scalloped Circle punch. I used 8 for the really big flower and for the smaller ones I used 5 or 6. I used retired punches for the smallest flower and the middle flowers. All the blogs say that they used large eyelets for the center but since I didn't have any, I used a large brad. Just goes to show you what you can do when you start thinking a little...LOL The leaves were cut free hand and then folded in half and run through the crimper. I used scalloped border punch and square scallop die cut for this card and Vintage Labels stamp set for the stamped image and greeting.

What a great way to start the week! A day off in honor of President's Day! You know what that means...a whole day of stamping! This set I used was "With All My Heart" from the Occasions Mini Catalog. I stamped in white craft ink and punch the flowers with the 1 1/4 square punch. They are layered on Apricot Appeal. The white base is done with Textured Impression Perfect Polka Dots folder and punched the border with scalloped edge border. A different way to use the hearts...don't put them away yet!

This 4x4 card is really fast and easy to make. I covered chipboard letters with DS paper and punched the heart with the Full Heart punch. The background is stamped With All My Heart in Melon Mambo ink. The edge was punched with Eyelet Border punch. Plain and simple and straight to the point!

Small Wonder

This is another really cute set...I used this for a baby card. Colors include, Blue Bliss, So Saffron and Certainly Celery. I love this set but haven't had a chance to really use it...I don't have a lot of kids left
in my family...everyone has grown up!

Who doesn't love Chocolate Bunnies? This one is stamped in Soft Suede, which actually looks darker than Chocolate Chip...I used Soft Suede CS for card base and layered Melon Mambo on top. I embossed it with Perfectly Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder. The next layer is DS paper from Sale-a-bration, Good Neighbor packet. I punched the edge with Scalloped Edge Border. The Easter greeting is from Well Scripted set...also stamped in Melon Mambo and punched with Wide Oval Punch.

Garden From The Heart

With so many new sets in the Occasions Mini and Sale-a-bration catalogs, I haven't really used them all yet...today I worked on a card with Garden From The Heart. I used Rich Razzleberry as the base with Sahara Sand and Old Olive. On the Sahara Sand piece, I stamped the flower from With All My Heart in White craft ink. On the Old Olive piece, I ran it through the Perfectly Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder. I used colored pencils to color the hat and gloves. I used the Wide Oval punch for the gloves and the Scallop Edge Border punch on the Hat. I'm trying to use some of these new sets as much as possible...I've already reached heart "burnout"! LOL

This one of the cards we made in class this past week. It's a pop up card I saw on Splitcoast...I had a template for the inside portion but we always do things the "cheater" way if we can find a way to do it easier! With a couple of folds we were able to achieve the same effect. Also used was the Sizzix Scallop die cut to cut the base of the card. We used I {Heart} Hearts for inside and out along with Whimsical Words...two great sets! All images are stamped in Melon Mambo...one of my favorites!

TGIF!!! Today's share is made with I {Heart} Hearts...This is the set you can purchase and SU will donate $2 to assist in Haiti! The hearts were placed on one big acrylic block and stamped like a background stamp. The greeting is from Well Scripted and the little monkey is from Fox and Friends. He holds a Pixie Pink heart punched from Heart to Heart punch and is backed with a Real Red heart punched with Full Heart punch. The Real Red border is punched with Pinking Hearts Border.

This is another one of the great sets in the Occasions Mini Catalog, Fox and Friends...

The base of the card is Soft Suede with Old Olive, Crushed Curry, and Dusty Durango layers. I also used the new DS paper, Good Neighbors from the SALE-A-BRATION catalog. The fox is on layered with dimensionals on 1 1/4 inch circle and scalloped circle. Edges are punched with eyelet border punch.

Greeting is from Love Bandit and punched with word window punch.

Today's share is a perfect example of how quick you can make a card with little or no effort. The base of the cardstock is ballet blue with so saffron square matted with soft suede. It's also embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions folder. The blue DS paper for the other piece is from the Good Neighbors paper pack from the Sale-A-Bration catalog. The image is DS Sweet Pea paper from the Occasions Mini Catalog stamped with greeting from Whimsical Words.

Winter Formal

This is a non stamp related post...just a proud mommy sharing her thoughts! Last night my little girl, Melissa, went to Winter Formal...with as many boys as I have raised, you would think that I would be a pro at this, but, I have to say...it's different with girls. I found myself very emotional. We have been preparing for this for weeks...the shopping, the prepping and yesterday I left work early to have her hair done. We did the nails and the pedicure...all things we didn't have to worry about with the boys... As she was getting dressed, it made me think ahead a little to the day when she gets married. If I was a wreck for this, can you imagine the wedding? LOL Anyway, all went off without a hitch, she had a great time and today, although she was exhausted, headed off to Disneyland to help BFF Jane celebrate her birthday...

I have been sick again so it allowed me time to rest and recuperate... No stamping this weekend. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better and get back to work!

Versamark with Chalks

This card is stamped with Versamark and colored with chalks using daubers and applicators. When I finished coloring, I sprayed it with a light coat of Aqua Net hairspray to seal the chalk. I used Chocolate Chip DS paper with Pretty in Pink CS. The greeting is stamped with Matchbox Messages.

Paper Roses

This was actually made for Marle, one of the ladies in my Wednesday night stamp class. Her birthday was on Saturday! Happy Birthday Marle! The box was made from the square scallop die cut. I cut a 6 x8 cs and scored 2 inches on each side and attached the two panels. The roses were made by using the tutorial at Shawna's Stampin Spot! I'm a flowery person anyway so I just loved this! It's a little time consuming but I think the final product is wonderful! I shaded the roses a little more after they were finished and then spray a light coat of acrylic sealer. Amazing what you can do with our punches!

Something Sweet!

Today's share is made from the new set, Something Sweet from the Occasions Mini Catalog. I used the Textured Impressions Folder Perfect Polka Dots for the background on Mint Melody CS. I also stamped the rattle handle in Mint Melody...I filled the cup with Tic Tacs and used a larger scallop circle to make the border on the cup.

Sweet Treat Holders

This lollipop holder is made from a 2 1/2 x 6 1/2 strip, folded in half. The ends are scored 3/4 of an inch each end. the 1/8 punch is used to punch the hole at the bottom for the stick to go through. The front cover is punched with the movers and shapers heart. The matchbook is made in the same way. A strip of cardstock folded in half, front cover punched witht he heart.

Heart Treat Holder

This treat holder is made from the Sizzix envelope with petals die cut. I cut two of the dies and folded two back to form the heart. The two are held together by a strip 2x4 inches, folded in half and adhered to the to flaps that are folded back. Holds about 4 to 5 Ghiradelli chocolate squares. The front heart is punched with the Full Heart punch.

These are the cards we made in the my class this week. I followed the tutorial on Splitcoast and came up with these... This is using the Great Friend stamp set and and our new Scalloped Heart of Hearts embosslits die from the new Occasions Mini catalog #117332. I also used the new Scallop Border punch from the SALE-A-BRATION catalog, #118402.

Here is another version of the same card...I used the new Textured Impressions Folder, Perfect Polka Dots,

#117335, in Certainly Celery. The Cupcakes are make by the scalloped circle punch and I just punched it down a little so it wasn't quite a circle...looks more oval. I also used the crimper to make the cupcake papers. The greeting is from Four Squares set and layers with the scalloped square punch.

Today's card is made with the new stamp set from the Occasions Mini Catalog, Love Bandit.
I used Old Olive CS and the DS paper from the Sale-a-bration catalog. I also used the Top Note die cut layered on Real Red CS. In case you haven't seen this, the die cut is cut once and then rotated and cut again. Isn't that awesome? Another great way to use the die cut and get such a different look!

Bottle Tag Holder

This bottle tag holder is hanging over a mini champagne bottle filled with bubble bath. These cute little bottles were in the dollar bin at Target. The little border is punched with the new scallop edge punch from the Sale-a-bration catalog. The hearts were stamped in Pixie Pink from I (Heart) Hearts set and then punched with the Heart to Hearts punch. I used the 1 1/4 circle punch to punch the hole at the top and the scallop circle punch borders the circle. Inside the pocket is a large paper clip with hearts. The greeting is from the Sale-a-bration, Whimsical Words set.

Today's card share is made with Sweet Centers... It's a 4x4 card. The scallop edge punch was used to make the frame and the heart is stamped in Real Red and cut out. The treat cup holds red jelly beans, which, I am suprised that there was enough to fill the cup since I ate most of them! lol Don't you just love Valentine's Day? I love all this heart stuff!! I have to tell you....My friend and upline, Adrienne made me laugh about this as we talked about our upcoming workshop and making Valentine cards...she referred to Valentine's Day as Single's Awareness Day! lol I'd never heard it referred to that way!

Mini Magazine Note Holder

This project is so cute! The tutorial can be found at Inking Idaho. This mini magazine holder actually holds several 3x3 note cards and envelopes. It makes a cute little gift for someone! The tutorial is very easy to follow...but then everything she does is so awesome! The note cards have a ribbon border with a heart punched with Heart to Heart punch.

Envelope Album

This album is made from an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of Bermuda Bay CS, scored at 4, 4 1/4, 8 3/4, and 9 inches. The lid, is scored with the scallop punch (the end with the 2" before the score line) I added a strip of white CS also punched with the scalloped punch. The belly band is made from a 2 x 11 strip scored at 4, 4 3/8, 9, 9 3/8 inches. The band will be a little big because you need to allow for the extra space when you fill the album. The inside is made using 3 legal size envelopes, sealed and cut, one at each 6, 7 and 8 inches long. Decorate and punch with a half circle from the 1 1/4 circle punch. The envelopes are attached with three 2 1/4 x 4 1/8 strips folded in half. Glue the longest envelope first, then the next until all are glued in. Each envelope has a pull out page with a tab so it can be easily pulled out. I haven't added pictures or titles to the labels yet because I'm not sure what I am using it for...I might just leave them black and give it as a gift.

Bee Mine!

Isn't this the cutest little bee?? He's made with the wide oval punch. I trimmed one end to make it pointy and then drew the lines with black marker. His head is punched with the 1 1/4 punch and then I sponged the edges with More Mustard ink. His wings are made out of vellum using the beautiful butterflies die cut. His antennae are made from hemp twine. I used the new I (heart) Hearts stamp set for the printed hearts and used the coordinating heart to heart punch to punch them out after stamping. The biggest heart is punched with the Full Heart punch. The treat box is made from the Top Note Die cut.

Conversation Heart Pull Up Box

Happy Friday! This has been the longest week! It's nice to have time off from work but it makes it that much harder to go back! This pull out treat holder is made with the Sweet Tart Conversation Heart Box. Real Red CS is wrapped around the box and sealed. A hole is punched through the front of the box wrapper and ribbon inserted through the hole. The box is place on top of the ribbon as it is pushed down into the wrapper and tied in a bow at the top. When you pull the bow, the ribbon raises the box.

Easel Cards

Today was the first day of our new session for our stamp class at the community center. All the ladies are regulars and every now and then we get a new person...Today we worked on easel cards. We did a couple of different sized cards. The smaller cards were made with a 4x12 strip of paper scored at 4, 6 and 8 inches. The larger card was made with a 4 1/4x11 sheet scored at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2 inches. Very simple to make...we made these three cards in our 2 hour class, although it probably took a little longer than it should have because we were all catching up since the last time we saw each other. We have been together now for many many sessions... We all have a great time!

Black Magic Technique

Glad to be stamping again after my Christmas vacation! :) This is my attempt at Karen Barber's Black Magic Technique... You basically stamp on dark cardstock with white craft ink. Heat set and then color with colored pencils...not sure which work best...I have seen some posts that say they have used watercolor pencils and some that used pigment pencils. The pencils I used were Derwent, which I bought at the craft store. After I colored in the images, I went over them with white gel pen. Very simple to do...just time consuming as you can see all the detail with the gel pen...
